摘要:随着低碳经济发展的深入人心，竹子，作为木材的优良替代品，已经引起越来越多的关注。竹子是不仅一种出色的低碳产品，还是一种重要的环保材料，有着利用价值高，环境协调性强，生产周期短等多个优点。我国作为竹类资源最丰富、竹产品出口最多的国家，国内竹产业已经发展成为比较完善的产业体系，近年来，由于金融危机，欧债危机的影响，全球经济普遍下滑，然而江苏无锡的竹木产业却取得了逆势增长良好成绩，成为地区外贸出口困局中逆势而起的明星产业。然而，在取得成绩的同时，我们也看到该产业存在的种种问题与不足，阻碍了无锡市的竹产品贸易发展。
本课题主要以无锡地区竹产品低碳化与出口作为研究分析的对象，根据自己所学知识，结合相关参考文献，从低碳化与贸易出口为出发点，通过对无锡地区竹产品低碳化和出口现状制约因素的分析，从中发现问题，究其原因，针对性地提出解决的对策与建议，以期给行业与政府的管理与决策提供考，促进无锡地区该行业的发展。

Abstract:With the development of low carbon economy , bamboo, as a good substitute for wood, has drawn more and more attention. Bamboo is not only a kind of excellent low carbon products, but also a kind of important environmental protection material.As the most abundant bamboo resources in China, bamboo,products are exported to the country with the most domestic bamboo industry has become a relatively complete industrial system.In recent years, due to the financial crisis and the European debt crisis, the influence of the global economic decline generally, bamboo industry in Wuxi city, Jiangsu province, however, has obtained the good grades, as a regional foreign trade export star in the industry. But,results have been obtained at the same time, we also see the problems and deficiencies, hindered the bamboo products trade development of Wuxi city.
This topic mainly focus low carbonization of bamboo products and exports in Wuxi area as study object, based on my knowledge, combined with the related references, from low carbonization and export trade as a starting point, through the Wuxi region of low carbonization of bamboo products and the status of the export restriction factor analysis, discover questions, investigate its reason, puts forward countermeasures and suggestions of solution, in order to provide industry with the government's management and decision-making, promote the development of the industry in Wuxi area.

无锡的竹产品行业有着很好的发展前景，然而由于资金投资不足和技术水平落后等原因的限制，竹产品低碳化的发展遇到阻碍，以及企业自身竞争力不足，国际经济环境复杂等因素，低碳竹产品的出口也在遭受冲击。想要解决眼前的困难更上一次楼，则需要本地政府和企业以及该行业从事人员的共同努力。首要需要政府的大力扶持，给竹产业提高一方沃土，并完善该行业管理体制，做好引导和监督工作。另一方面，企业需要自强，大力发展科技生产力的同时，要注重低碳环保，在出口的过程中，注意对技术壁垒和绿色壁垒的阅读，在生产的时候注意做到有的放矢，巧妙避开这些贸易壁垒。无锡的竹产业在江苏发展已经很领先，但和湖南浙江等一些产竹大省下的地级市比起来，仍然有一段差距，无锡政府与企业应该看清差距，并向他们学习可取之处，结合自身条件，在走可持续发展的道路的前提下，大力开发自身优势，努力缩小差距，提升自己的竞争力。
