摘要:随着我国经济水平的提高和人们生活节奏的加快,个人信用逐步得到重视,用卡环境日益改善我国信用卡市场有了快速的发展。信用卡以其方便、灵活的特点,在现代社会中发挥了重要的作用,正日益成为社会经济生活中不可缺少的组成部分。信用卡市场所蕴涵的巨大商机,以及广阔的盈利空间逐步显现,从而使得信用卡业务成为国内各家商业银行竞争的焦点。但与国外成熟的信用卡市场相比,尤其是在信用卡消费方面我国信用卡市场还存在很大差距。本文就是针对我国信用卡市场的现状及其存在的问题,提出了一些促进我国信用卡消费的对策。

Abstract: With the steady growth in economy as well as people's living standard, personal credit is gradually attached importance. The environment of using card is improving and credit markets achieve great development. Because of its convenience and flexibility, credit cards play an important role in modern society. Besides, it has increasingly become an essential part in social economy life. The market of credit card shows tremendous business opportunities. It can support more and more profit in the future. Card business becomes the focus which many commercial banks compete for. However, our market is worse than the mature market of foreign country, especially in credit card spending. Focusing on the current situation of domestic credit markets and correspondent problems, countermeasures have been proposed in this paper in order to promote credit card spending.

信用卡业务作为商业银行的中间零售类业务中的核心业务是商业银行利润增长关键领域,同时也是商业银行树立自身良好品牌形象的有效途径。在目前国经济快速增长,居民消费能力提高、消费观念改变的大好时期,从理论上讲大力发展信用卡产业的外部环境已经趋于成熟但由于我国传统“量入为出”的消费观念和我国信用卡产业本身的“先天不足”,在当前我国存在着发卡量高,但“睡卡”、“空卡”众多的粗放式经营后果,致使商业银行在这块业务上利润率低。尽管目前信用卡产业存在众多的问题,影响着它的发展,但通过政府和银行共同的努力,认清问题、解决问题,开拓思路,转变经营理念,改善用卡环境,积极、合理地发展信用卡业务,信用卡产业定能在我国健康、快速的发展。
