摘要：外资银行抢摊中国市场，这不仅对国内金融机构形成了巨大的竞争压力，同时也给我国金融监管当局提出了严峻的挑战。本文从外资银行发展的状况和对中国产生的影响及当前外资银行经营中存在的问题入手，分析了我国对外资银行的监管中存在的不足与缺陷，进而，针对监管中的不足和缺陷提出了改进我国外资银行监管的对策建议。

Abstract：Foreign banks come into Chinese market, which not only to domestic financial institutions formed a huge pressure of competition, but also to China's financial supervision authorities put forward severe challenges.This paper according to the development status of foreign banks and the impact on China and the foreign banks operating in the existing problems, analysis of China's supervision over foreign banks in the deficiencies and shortcomings, and then, according to the regulation of the deficiencies and defects were put forward to improve the supervision of foreign banks in China and the countermeasures.

本文的研究对象是我国的外资银行监管。通过分析我国外资一拿好难过的发展现状和监管制度的不足，有针对性的提出了一些完善的建议。本文杰伦主要有以下几点：
第一，我国外资银行的经营存在着风险隐患，需要加强对其的监管。
第二，我国现行的外资银行监管制度存在以下的不足：对外资银行的监管目标和监管原则不明确，有关外资银行监管的法律法规不完善，监管机构组织体系不健全，对外资银行监管的手段和方法陈旧，缺乏与外资银行母国监管者的合作与交流，外资银行监管专业人才匮乏
第三，针对以上存在的问题，提出了解决问题的对策建议，更以美国和欧盟为例，健全法律规范体系,像发达国家健全的监管体系看齐，加强监管的国际交流合作。
