摘要:随着经济全球化的发展，江苏机电产品出口贸易发展极其迅猛，在本省经济中占有重要地位，对本省的总出口、国际收支、技术进步、制造业基地建设、人员就业等都具有直接的影响。然而，随着世界经济的进一步发展，机电产品出口必将由于世界上机电产品贸易壁垒的增加等而面临新的挑战。江苏机电产品出口也将面临着诸多问题，如核心技术缺乏、研发投入不足、国际贸易保护的阻碍等。因此，研究和探索江苏机电产业出口竞争力的现状和影响因素，有助于寻求进一步促进江苏机电产业出口竞争力增长的有效途径，从而实现江苏外贸的增长和经济的发展。

Abstract: With the development of the economical globalization, conducting a rapid growth by leaps and heaps, the exporting trade of the mechanical and electrical products has played a vital role in Jiangsu’s economy and has a direct effort in Jiangsu’s general export, international income and expense, technological progress, the manufacturing infrastructure, employment and so on. However, as the further development of the global economy, due to the increasement of the trade barrier in the world, the export of the mechanical and electrical products would undoutedly confront some new challenges, so does that of Jiangsu province, which involves the lack of core technology, insufficient investment of the D&P and the international trade protectionism. Therefore, researching and exploring the present situation and affecting factors of the exporting competitiveness of Jiangsu’s mechanical and electrical products would be beneficial for furtherly seeking an effective path for the growth of its exporting competitiveness and realizing Jiangsu’s foreign trade growth and its economical development.

在信息化的推动下，经济全球化加速推进，世界制造业重心不断东移，这给江苏机电产品的发展既带来了机遇，同时也带来了严峻的挑战。如何依据自身有利条件，提升江苏机电产品的出口竞争力，实现江苏“十一五”规划纲要提出的经济和科技发展目标，是值得研究的一个课题。本文力求作以下创新的研究：运用SPSS软件对江苏机电产品出口竞争力进行分析。以往对机电产品出口竞争力的研究，多采用定性的方法，但面对各种评价指标而产生的结果不一，无法确认江苏机电产品出口竞争力的大小。本文采用产品因子评价法，以机电产品为突破口，通过深入分析研究江苏机电产品出口竞争力从而实现江苏外贸的增长和经济的发展,这对判断其他省市机电产品出口竞争力的大小也具有重要的借鉴意义。
