摘要：随着中国经济的高速发展，民营经济发挥着越来越重要的角色已成为许多地区经济发展的先导性力量。企业是市场竞争的主体，而多元化经营是企业发展壮大最重要的途径。随着采用多元化发展战略的企业越来越多，中小民营企业多元化的风险也就越发地体现出来，多元化对中小型民营企业既是一个机会，也可能是一个陷阱。本文通过对民营企业的特点的分析，提出了中小民营企业在实施多元化战略中存在着战略决策风险、财务风险、管理效率下降风险和人力资源风险及这些风险存在的原因，同时，针对这些风险提出了一些防范措施。

Abstract: With China's rapid economic development, the private economy is playing an increasingly important role in many areas has become a guiding force for economic development. Enterprise is the main body of market competition, and diversification of enterprise development and expansion of the most important way. Diversified development strategy with the introduction of more and more enterprises, small and medium private enterprises to diversify the risk will be reflected more and more diversified small and medium private enterprises as an opportunity, it could be a trap. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of private enterprises, small and medium private enterprises proposed diversification strategy in the implementation of strategic decisions in the existence of risk, financial risk, decrease the efficiency of risk management and human resources risk and reason for the existence of these risks, while risks for these made a number of preventive measures.

我国中小民营企业多元化战略的形成并不是企业家的一时冲动，而是有着深刻的社会经济背景，是企业在计划经济向市场经济转轨阶段抓住机遇、规避风险、获得超常规发展的结果。多元化战略只是企业发展的一个战略工具，在实施的过程中有其自身的优势和弱势。面对越来越激烈的竞争环境，中小民营企业要想通过多元化经营战略减轻企业经营风险，使企业走上健康稳定发展道路的同时，首先要了解企业在实施多元化战略中存在的风险，并针对这些风险找出必要的防范措施。
