摘要：当下，建设低碳城市已成为世界各地的共同追求。南京建设低碳城市存在城市高污染高能耗产业密集、低碳城市基础设施不完善、低碳政策制度体系不健全、市民低碳生活消费理念不全面以及城市建设面临的节能减排的压力和新能源的开发等问题。南京建设低碳城市，实现可持续发展的主要途径有：优化产业结构、培育低碳产业；完善低碳城市基础设施；健全低碳城市的政策制度体系；建立低碳的生活消费方式以及以能源开发利用为重点，降低经济发展中的碳排放强度。

Abstract: Today, Low carbon cities have become a common pursuit around the world. There is a low carbon city of Nanjing city building energy-intensive industries with high pollution-intensive, low carbon urban poor infrastructure, low carbon policy framework system is not perfect, the public concept of low-carbon consumption, and urban development are not fully faced the pressure of energy saving and new Energy development and other issues. 建设低碳城市是南京可持续发展的长期目标，是南京加快转变经济发展方式，坚定不移地推进生态文明建设，不断开创科学发展、和谐发展新局面的重大战略举措。南京市低碳城市建设具有一定的基础, 但处于起步阶段。低碳交通体系、低碳产业发展、新能源开发具有初步的基础, 城市低碳建筑、低碳能源结构、居民低碳消费, 以及低碳管理与制度建设基本尚不完善。实施低碳城市建设应该重点加强这些薄弱环节，在未来还应进一步在指标优化、低碳城市量化评价方面展开深入研究, 探索具有中国特色的城市低碳经济发展路径,，实现南京低碳经济与可持续发展的和谐统一。
