摘要:资金是企业的血液，其对任何企业的发展有着举足轻重的作用，而对于典型的高投资、高风险、高回报的资金密集型的房地产企业更是如此，房地产企业对金融市场有天然的高度依赖，在土地开发和商品房经营过程中需要巨额资金的投入，需要金融业和健全的资本市场作为强有力的支撑，没有资金就没有房地产企业。
作为国民经济基础性和支柱性产业的房地产企业的持续健康发展直接关系到国民经济的稳步增长，其资金链问题就愈发突出和重要。近年来，房地产行业飞速发展，房价持续走高导致房地产市场低迷。一方面，缺少资金、融资困难，而另一方面，受宏观调控的影响，楼盘销售慢，很多住宅面临卖不动的状况；缺钱成为很多开发商面临的难题。因此，房地产开发企业如何融资成为了其发展关注的首要问题，本文根据云南省当下情况提出了一些融资建议。
本文根据当前云南省房地产市场的发展状况，阐述房地产企业的融资现状，并总结分析我省房地产企业融资策略，由此得出房地产企业融资存在的问题， 根据存在问题结合当前我省的发展状况及发展水平，提出适合我省房地产企业走出融资困境的对策建议。
