摘要:近几年，随着各国经济的发展，世界经济的变化也越来越大，区域性经济合作也越来越被重视，如北美自由贸易区，欧盟，而且很多研究表明都对区域内的经济起到了很多积极的作用，尤其是对国际直接投资的发展起到了推动作用。所以借用其研究方法，发现不论是东盟自由贸易区对中国FDI的流向的影响，还是中国对外直接投资在中国与东盟贸易基础上的进一步发展，都表明研究中国——东盟自由贸易区对中国对外直接投资的持续长远发展的意义，因此本文主要研究的是对中国FDI流向方面的影响效应。首先介绍中国——东盟自由贸易区的发展背景，过程等，再引出对FDI的定义等，尤其是中国的FDI的现状，重点是中国——东盟自由贸易区建立后对中国FDI流向产生的各种效应，主要分析投资创造效应、投资转移效应、市场扩大效应、政策预期效应、壁垒落差效应等，并分析利弊等，提出中国、东盟各自相应的对策。

Abstract:In recent years, with the development of the world economy, the impact on the world is growing, regional economic cooperation is more and more attention, such as NAFTA, EU, and many studies have shown that all the region’s economicplayed a positive role ,especially for the development of international direct investerment has played a catalytic role.So borrow their research found that regardless of the the impact of the ASEAN Free Trade Area of the flow of FDI in China,or China’s foreign direct investment In China and ASEAN trade on the basis of further development,all show that the study of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area on China’s foreign direct investment in the continung significance of long-term development,the paper stuides the effects of Chinese FDI flows. It is believed that the newly established China-ASEAN Free Trade Area will be for the region, the world has brought the role of the development of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area of the background process, and then leads to the definition of FDI, especially the status of China's FDI, focusing on a variety of Chinese FDI flows after creation effect, investment diversion effect, the market expansion effect, the policy is expected to effect,barries to the gap effect and so on,analysis of the pros and cons, eventually propose appropriate countermeasures.
