摘要：利用外资结合了资金、技术、管理经验等要素于一身，所以利用外资被认为是对发展中国家最具吸引力的一种外资利用方式。现代经济增长本质是以产业转型变动为核心的，产业转型的转变和优化在一定程度上决定了经济增长速度的快慢和是否可持续发展。改革开放30多年来，利用外资有力的促进了我国经济发展，在经济运行和发展中占据了相当重要的位置，利用外资在引进地区建设急需的先进技术、资金和先进的管理理念的同时，还给地区创造了就业机会，增加了财政收入以及促进本地区产业转型的调整和优化。可是在带来好处的同时，也引起了我国产业的结构性偏差，也给我过企业增大了压力。针对这些问题，我国在利用外资的时候，应当注意对产业的投资比重，在引进外资的同时，更要进行自主创新。

Abstract：Combined with the use of foreign investment funds,technology,and management experience elements on one,so use of foreign capital is supposed to be developing countries the most attractive one foreign capital to use means.The modern economic growth is essentially the industry transition changes as the core,the change of industry transformation and optimization in partly decides the speed of the economic growth rate and whether the sustainable development.More than 30 years of reform and opening up,use of foreign capital promoted the economic development in our country,in the operation and development occupies a very important position,use of foreign capital in the introduction of the regional construction need advanced technology,capital and advanced management concept and at the same time,back to areas create the jobs,increase the fiscal revenue and promote the region of industry transformation of adjustment and optimization.But it also caused the structural deviation of our industry,increases the pressure on our enterprises.To solve these problems,when we use of foreign capital,we should be not only noted that the proportion of investment in the industry,but also to independent innovation.
