摘要：近年来由于对外贸易顺差等各种原因，以美国、日本、欧盟等国家强力要求人民币升值、要求中国加快改革人民币汇率制度的步伐。从2005年7月21日开始中国实行以市场供求为基础、参考一揽子货币的有管理的浮动汇率制度，自从2005年人民币汇率改革到2008年5月，人民币已经累计升值高达15.4％，而且还有继续上升的趋势。大量数据显示汇率制度的改革都会引起汇率的变动，而汇率变动又会对中国对外贸易产生很大影响。随着人民币的升值，出口越来越不利，对外贸易面临前所未有的挑战，江苏省作为东部发达地区的重要省份，对外贸易正面临巨大的挑战与压力。
本文主要研究人民币实际有效汇率变动对江苏省对外贸易的影响。分析人民币升值的背景及原因，阐述人民币升值对江苏省进出口贸易的有利与不利影响，并探讨发展江苏省进出口贸易的策略，这是本文的重点，为江苏省进出口贸易的发展提供理论指导。

Abstract：Recently because of the external trade surplus, many countries require RMB revaluation strongly and called on China to accelerate the pace of the reform of the RMB exchange rate system .From July 21,2005,China began to implement a managed floating exchange rate system ,which based on market supply and demand and the reference of the total money, since the exchange rate reform of 2005 to May 2008, the cumulative appreciation of RMB was as high as 15.4％, but also the trend will continue. The latest data shows the reform of the system of exchange rate will lead to changes in the exchange rate, and the exchange rate of China's foreign trade will have a great effect on our economy .With RMB revaluation ,it is more difficult for our company to make export trade ,We face unprecedented challenges .Jiangsu province as the eastern developed area in China, foreign trade is facing great challenge and pressure.
This article explain the appreciation of RMB on the beneficial at the term of the background and reason analysis of appreciation, and adverse effects of import and export trade in Jiangsu Province and discussion on the development strategy of import and export trade in Jiangsu Province, to provide guidance for the development of the import and export trade in Jiangsu Province.
