摘要:纵观世界经济的发展，国际贸易不公平的现象表现为贸易摩擦，而国际贸易摩擦实际上从国际贸易出现的第一天就产生了。国际贸易摩擦的发生，一方面凸现了国际贸易利益分配的严重不均；另一方面则影响了各国经济的稳定增长和世界经济的可持续发展。本文通过建立国际公平贸易博弈论模型，然后对国际公平贸易出现摩擦的原因进行分析，然对针对以上的原因找出相应的解决问题的对策。通过本文的研究对于对国际贸易中不公平的现象而给出相应的解决对策。

Abstract:Throughout the development of the world economy, international trade unfair phenomenon manifested as trade friction, and the international trade friction is from the international trade appeared on the first day produced. The international trade friction, hand highlights international trade interest distribution is extremely uneven; on the other hand, affected the economic growth and the stability of the world economy sustainable development. In this paper, through the establishment of the international fair trade model of game theory, and then the international fair trade friction causes were analyzed, and the view of the above reasons and find out the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem. Through the study of this paper for international trade in the unfair phenomenon and gives the corresponding solution countermeasures.

在国际贸易竞争日益激烈的今天，无论是发达国家，还是发展中国家都在纷纷制定和完善本国的国际贸易法律、法规，运用各种可行的手段抵制外国商品的不公平竞争。国外对国际贸易过程中的摩擦既有理论研究，又有实证分析。我国的理论界研究水平和国外比较还有一定的差距。目前我国在应对国际贸易摩擦的研究中采用实证和计量手段，对具体的消除贸易摩擦进行整体研究还很少见。因此，加强我国国际贸易过程中对贸易政策的博弈研究对促进我国在国际贸易过程中处于有利地位有着非常必要而且重要的作用，值得我们下一步的研究和探讨。
