摘要:中国最大的塑料城余姚地处沪杭甬交通走廊的近末端，是浙江省经济最发达区域，优越的地理位置，先进的技术，旺盛的外需为余姚塑料制品的出口提供的良好的条件。然而仍然有几个问题制约着余姚塑料制品出口竞争力的进一步提升。技术仍待提高、创新开发能力还显薄弱、国内外竞争激烈、原材料成本压力大，贸易争端不断等。本文在分析余姚塑料制品出口优劣势的基础上，探讨进一步提高余姚塑料制品国际竞争力的具体措施，创余姚塑料优秀品牌形象。

Abstract:China's largest plastic City Yuyao near the end of the corridor ， located in Zhejiang Province, the most economically developed regions, excellent location, advanced technology, strong external demand for exports of plastic products is in good condition for Yuyao. However, there are several issues still restricting Yuyao plastic products further enhance export competitiveness. Yet to be improved technology, innovation and development capabilities and weak competitive at home and abroad, the raw material cost pressures, trade disputes continue to wait. In this paper, on the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of Yuyao plastic products exports to discuss concrete measures to further improve Yuyao plastic products in international competition, Plastics excellent brand image.

浙江省塑料制品企业大部分都是中小型，企业生产多走低端路线，具有高附加值的特殊工程塑料制品出口相对较少，加之近年来，塑料制品的原料价格不断上升，运输费和电价持续上涨，节能减排力度的加强，国内塑料制品生产企业的成本压力明显加大，利润难以增加，正在严重挫伤企业的出口积极性，制约着出口竞争力的提升。此外，欧美日韩等国都出台了食品容器中增塑剂的最大允许量标准和法规，也制约了我国塑料制品出口。本文选取了浙江宁波的“塑料王国”余姚为例，通过文献分析法、实地调查法、比较法、综合分析法、经验总结法等来研究浙江省塑料制品出口目前所面临的机遇与挑战。
分析浙江余姚塑料制品出口的优势和劣势，研究提升产品品牌和科技含量的途径，消化成本制约因素。市场形势越发严峻，浙江塑料制品生产企业出口欲望更加迫切，广大塑料企业在发挥地域优势的基础上，大力发展规模化经营，对于抢占国际市场，提高国际竞争力有重要意义。
