摘要:自2008年金融危机产生以来，徐州板材出口起初一枝独秀，但是在2012年下半年美国商务部宣布，对从中国进口的硬木胶合板发起反倾销和反补贴调查，在引起社会广泛关注的同时，更暴露出在板材产业发展中的一些问题和不足。本文在明确了板材出口问题研究的目的和意义、以及国内外相关研究进展的基础上，分析了板材出口对地区经济的直接推进与强力拉动作用。以徐州地区作为研究载体，探讨了板材产业的特点与发展趋势以及产业升级和出口发展的启示。通过讨论徐州板材所面临的主要问题，政府在发展板材出口中的作用与定位问题，并通过利用经济学数据对徐州板材出口发展的关系进行了实证分析，探讨了徐州板材出口的特点与发展趋势，最后，从政府与行业两个视角给出了进一步完善板材出口发展的具体对策建议。

Abstract:Since the 2008 financial crisis, Xuzhou plate exports initially thriving, but in the second half of 2012, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced hardwood plywood imports from China initiated anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations, aroused widespread concern in the more exposedsome problems and deficiencies in the development of sheet metal industry. Clear the purpose and significance of the the plate export of research at home and abroad on the basis of progress in the study of plate exports directly promote the regional economy and strong pulling effect. The Xuzhou region as carrier revelation of the characteristics and development trend of the sheet metal industry and industrial upgrading and export development. By discussing the main problems faced by the Xuzhou plate, the role of government in the development of plate exports and positioning and Lee economics data on the relationship of Xuzhou Timber Export Development empirical analysis of the Characteristics and Development Trend of Xuzhou plate exports Finally, two perspectives from government and industry specific suggestions to further improve the sheet export development.

本文以徐州板材产业为例，将从分析徐州板材出口的现状入手，分析徐州板材产业的地区经济地位和板材产业的出口地位，讨论徐州板材产业的科研水平和创新能力，研究徐州板材产业的金融支持和融资能力，从板材出口的贸易量和价格两方面来预测徐州板材出口的趋势和前景，在对现状的充分认识的基础上，再利用经济数据对徐州板材出口发展的关系进行实证分析，找出目前徐州板材出口在产业水平、集群效应、技术创新、金融融资等方面存在的问题和不足。最后，从政府与行业两个视角，以及金融方面、政策等方面针对发现的问题提出相应的发展对策，为徐州板材产业的出口以及徐州经济的发展提出建议。
