摘 要:随着世界经济全球化，中国日益成为了世界制造业的重要部分，其中包括我国的汽车产业。在我国，制造汽车及其零配件的工厂企业数不胜数，可是与世界盛名的汽车制造企业相比，我们无论是在规模，还是技术上都相差甚远。近年来，全球金融危机给世界经济带来了巨大的冲击，汽车行业也不能幸免于这场灾难。为了振兴我国汽车行业，大家开始探索不同的发展道路，跨国并购就是其中之一。跨国并购对于我国汽车行业来说，在一定程度上可以带来一次影响深远的变革，从而使我国企业的实力变强，增强企业国际竞争力。然而，对于我国汽车行业而言，跨国并购是一个陌生而又冒险的途径，没有充足的经验和准备是行不通的。即使我国汽车行业已经在跨国并购上初作尝试，但之后所产生的影响依旧无法预见。本文通过对我国汽车行业跨国并购的现状进行分析，找出跨国并购过程中所存在的问题，并对问题进行总结，从而就我国汽车行业跨国并购提出建议和相应的对策。

ABSTRACT:With the globalization of the world economy, China is increasingly becoming an important part of the world's manufacturing, including Chinese automobile industry. In China, there are a lot of motor vehicles and parts manufacturing plant, but with the world renowned automobile manufacturing enterprises, we are both in the scale, or technically far worse. In recent years, the global financial crisis on the world economy has brought a huge impact, the automotive industry is not immune to this disaster. In order to revitalize China's automobile industry, we began to explore different path of development, cross-border mergers and acquisitions is one of them.Cross-border mergers and acquisitions for China's automobile industry, to some extent, can bring a far-reaching changes, thereby enhancing the strength of Chinese enterprises, enhance the international competitiveness of enterprises.However, China's auto industry does not have sufficient experience and prepared, so cross-border M & A is a strange and adventurous way.Even though China's auto industry has just tried transnational mergers and acquisitions, but then the impact is still unpredictable.Based on cross-border mergers and acquisitions in China's automobile industry to analyze the situation, identify the problems in the process, and to sum up the problem, so as to put forward suggestions and corresponding countermeasures.
