摘要:自希腊债务危机爆发后，欧洲债务危机呈现蔓延迹象。欧盟是世界的金融、经济文化中心，也是一体化进程高度发展的地区，其成员国所发生的主权债务危机反映出深刻的社会经济问题，将对人类社会的消费模式、发展模式产生深远的影响。而欧洲联盟是中国主要的贸易伙伴，欧洲债务风险的发展必然会对我国与欧洲国家的贸易往来产生重大影响。我国目前正处在转变外贸发展方式的关键时期，如何把握世情、国情，加强风险防范意识，加快培育国际竞争新优势，努力促进对外贸易的多元协调发展等都值得我深入研究。因此，面对欧洲政府赤字和债务危机的冲击和影响,我国应早有准备,主动应对和规避，积极制定相关的政策措施，防止欧盟国家出口萎缩以及经济增长放缓等间接风险。

Abstract:From the Greek debt crisis since the outbreak of the European debt crisis spreading present signs. The European Union is the world financial, economic and cultural center, is also the process of integration of the high development of the region, and the member states of the sovereign debt crisis happened reflects profound social economic problems, will be in the human society, the consumption model, model, far-reaching impact.And the European Union is China's major trading partners, the development of European debt risk will to our country and European countries have great influence on the trade. Our country at present is in foreign trade development mode change the key period, how to grasp the world, of national condition, strengthen risk awareness, and accelerate the new international competition advantage, make great efforts to promote foreign trade of the diversity of coordinated development and so on all is worth deeply research.So, in the face of the crisis of European government impact and influence, our country should be ready, active response and avoid, and actively formulate relevant policies and measures to prevent the eu countries export atrophy and slowing economic growth and indirect risk.
