摘要:本论文从黑龙江省农产品出口贸易的角度出发，研究了绿色包装和国际贸易的相关理论以及黑龙江食品包装的现状与存在问题，总结了国外在绿色包装方面的管理实践，对黑龙江农食品出口贸易绿色环境因素进行深入分析，归纳出黑龙江食品出口贸易在出口产品绿色包装方面的优势和劣势，以及所面临的机会与威胁，结合本人所学的专业知识以及从事贸易工作的实践经验，从可持续发展战略的角度提出了黑龙江食品出口贸易应该树立的产品绿色包装的战略思想，及相应的实施方案和具体措施。

Abstract:This essay starting from the point of view of food exports in Heilongjiang Province to research the status and problems of green packaging and international trade theory and packaging of food in Heilongjiang, summed up the foreign management practices in the green packaging,green environment for the export trade of food in Heilongjiang factors in-depth analysis,summed up the advantages and disadvantages of Heilongjiang food exports in the green packaging of export products,as well as facing the opportunities and threats,combined with the expertise that I have learned and practical experience in the trade work,from a sustainable development strategy the angle of the Heilongjiang food exports should establish the strategic thinking of green packaging,and the corresponding implementation plan and specific measures.
