摘 要:中国企业对ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)系统的认知在不断加深，国内外众多管理软件厂商和服务平台也都开始将战略发展方向倾向中小企业。我国中小企业近年信息化应用水平已日渐发展并趋于成熟。许多中小企业通过ERP系统的实施已提升了自身的管理水平。改革开放以来，随着中国市场经济的发展，中国企业管理水平有了提高，但现代化发展道路依然任重道远。无论中国企业面临的国际化市场还是国内市场，提高企业现代化管理能力，提升自身核心竞争力已成为企业发展的首要问题。企业信息化建设与变革是目前中国企业革新的根本和基础。本文通过研究ERP体系的产生、发展，以及在我国中小企业中的发展现状，定位当前我国中小企业实施ERP面临的主要问题，并提出可行的建议。

ABSTRACT:Chinese enterprises of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system in the deepening of cognition,domestic and international numerous management software vendors and service platform also begin squint their strategic development direction towards small and medium-sized Enterprise.In recent years,the level of the information technology application of our small and medium-sized enterprises is developing rapidly and mature day by day.Many small and medium-sized enterprises have raised their management by the implement of ERP system. Since the reform and opening up in China, the management level has improved a lot with the development of China's market economy,but the future development is still a long way to go. Regardless of facing the larger international market or domestic market , how to improve the enterprises' modern management ability and core competitiveness become the primary issue for enterprises' development . Enterprise information construction and reform is the basis for the innovation of an China's enterprise at present. This paper is through the generation and development of ERP system and the current situation of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country so as to find out the current small and medium-sized enterprises' main problems in ERP implementation and put forward feasible suggestions for the problems existing in the current.
