摘 要:随着科技创新等因素不断推动着产业结构的升级，服务业已经逐渐成为各个国家经济发展的支柱产业，国际服务贸易的增长速度已经超过国际货物贸易的增长速度，其在世界贸易中的比重也逐年攀升，其对于一国经济发展的促进作用逐渐凸显出来。金融服务贸易作为服务贸易中重要的一员，它对于整个服务业乃至整个国家经济都有举足轻重的地位，随着时间的推移必将受到各个国家的高度重视。2012年，我国的金融的金融服务贸易进出口额达到277.41亿美元，贸易总额占服务贸易总额的比重长期处在5%左右，其逆差从2000年的23.83亿美元增长到了2012年的173.11亿美元，可见目前我国的金融服务贸易的规模虽然在不断扩大，但却一直处在逆差状态，而且其逆差额正逐年增长，另外我国金融服务业的内部结构也很不平衡，保险业在其中占了很大的比重。因此，应对我国金融服务贸易竞争力进行分析，找出影响我国金融服务贸易竞争力的因素，并找到提升我国金融服务贸易竞争力的对策：积累开发高级生产要素，扩大金融服务需求，相关产业的支持和促进，培育企业的竞争优势，政府完善其职能，在机遇中求发展等，从而达到提升我国金融服务贸易竞争力的目的。

ABSTRACT:With the development of science and technology innovation factors and constantly promote the upgrading of industrial structure, service industry has become a pillar industry of national economic development, international service trade growth rate has exceeded the international goods trade growth rate, its share of world trade is rising year by year, for a country's economic development role in promoting gradually out. Trade in financial services as an important member in the service trade, it is for the entire service industry and even the entire national economy has play a decisive role position, with the passage of time will be highly valued by all countries.In 2012, China's financial service trade import and export volume reached $27.741 billion, total trade accounted for the proportion of total trade in services long at around 5%, the deficit rose from $2.383 billion in 2000 to $17.311 billion in 2012, the China's financial service trade although the scale is expanding constantly, but always in the state of deficit, and the deficit is growing year by year, the internal structure of the financial service industry in China is very uneven, the insurance industry has accounted for the very great proportion in which. Therefore, we should analyze the competitiveness of China's financial services trade, and finds out the factors that affect the competitiveness of China's financial service trade, and find the measures to enhance the competitiveness of China's financial service trade: development of advanced production factors accumulation, expansion of financial services demand, related industries to support and promote, foster the competitive advantage of the enterprise, the government to improve its functions, opportunities for development, so as to enhance the competitiveness of China's financial services trade purposes.
