摘 要：冷战之后，世界日益全球化与多极化[1]。为了在竞争中保持优势，各国开始寻求建立区域组织，并推动国与国之间的竞争转向组织与组织或地域与地域间的竞争。与美洲、欧洲的区域经济合作相比，亚洲的区域经济合作显得滞后。尽管亚洲经济日益活跃，但仍是一个松散的经济体。NAFTA、EU发展的现状触动了亚洲，在此背景下，东亚区域经济合作的构想浮出水面。近几十年来，东盟的成立、中国-东盟自贸区的成立、中日韩自贸区谈判开始使东亚经济一体化的轮廓逐渐清晰。
中日作为东亚经济发展的主要力量，在东亚经济一体化进程中将最为重要。但中日金融合作中即存在有利因素，也存在不利因素。本文通过通过对实际情况和历年部分经济数据分析中日金融贸易合作的主要影响因素和中日金融贸易合作对东亚经济一体化的影响，得出中日间金融合作还刚刚起步，两国间的金融合作空间极大，且两国金融合作对东亚经济共同体的建立有十分重要的意义。根据现状分析中日金融合作具有现实意义，将为东亚经济一体化进程中中日的合作提供重要的依据。并为政府制定相关政策提供一些参考。

ABSTRACT：After the cold war, the world has become more and more globalization and multi-polar[1]. In order to maintain the competitive edge, the countries began to seek the establishment of regional organizations. This has promoted the competition between the nations turn to the competition between the region and region. Compared with Americas and Europe’s economic cooperation, Asia’s cooperation is lagging. Although the Asian economy has become increasingly active, this region is still a loose cooperation. NAFTA, EU development status touched Asia, in this context, the idea of regional economic cooperation in East Asia surfaced. In recent decades, the establishment of ASEAN, China - ASEAN Free Trade Area, and the start of China, Japan and South Korea FTA negotiations make the outline of the East Asian economic integration gradually clear.
As the major power in economic development in east Asia, China and japan have very great influences in the establishment of the process of economic integration in East Asia. However, there are advantages and disadvantages in China and Japan’s economic cooperation. According to the real situation and economic datas, this paper analyses the major factors that influent the economic cooperation between China and Japan, analyses the China-Japan cooperation”s influences to the establishment of the East Asian economic integration and makes the conclusion that the cooperation between China and Japan just began, the area in two countries cooperation can be wider, and the cooperation of economy between two countries is very important to the process of the foundation of east Asia economic intergret. It has realistic meaning if this paper analyse the cooperation between China and Japan according to the real situation. This paper will be a very important proves to the China-Japan economic cooperation in the process of the establishment of East Asian economic integration. And we will give some advices to the government on setting the politics.
