摘要：证券市场国际化，简单来说就是国内外证券市场接轨，具体来说，就是境外服务机构可以投入我国证券市场，为我国定居者和非定居者用本币或者外币投资我国证券市场提供中间服务，同时允许国外投资者自由买卖我国国内有价证券和容许海外筹资者运用我国证券市场来筹集资金。证券市场国际化实际上是指以有价证券为载体的国际间的资本的自由流动，也就是说证券市场主体可以不受到国家与国家间的限制，实现跨国自由运作，从而使整个国际证券市场互相融会贯通，成为一个整体的证券市场。我国证券市场正处于国际化的漫长道路上，在这期间，我们会碰到很多问题，国际化不仅仅只是开放市场那么简单，我们需要考虑我国的国情，经济实力，法律法规体系，国际化可能带来的风险等等，制定出一系列可行的方法，然后再稳步中逐渐放开市场。
