摘要：随着计算机技术与网络的迅猛发展，“网络反腐”一词越来越多的进入人们的视野。政府也跟随时代的变化将网络引到腐败治理中来。文中详细地论述了网络的特点，简单介绍网络反腐的特点,对目前网络在腐败治理中的积极作用与其存在的消极影响进行了系统的讨论，提出了如何从政府、社会、公众等群体进一步加强网络反腐工作。

Abstract:With the rapid development of computer technology and Internet,the phrase “Network Anti-corruption"is more and more into people's vision. The government also lead to the corruption in administration of the network follow the times change. This paper discusses the network characteristics in detail, introduces the features of the current network of corruption, corruption governance network in the positive role and negative effect are discussed, put forward how to from the government, society, public and other groups to further strengthen the Network Anti-corruption work.

当前，网络反腐日益成为世界潮流，运用网络技术对腐败行为进行治理是社会发展的必然趋势，也是对传统的反腐形式的丰富和完善，这对我们党和政府的反腐倡廉建设具有十分重要的意义。当然，任何事物都有其两面性，网络反腐也是一把双刃剑，一方面，我们要顺应时代发展的潮流，积极倡导并支持网络反腐，握住网络反腐这把“双刃剑”的“剑柄”，充分发挥网络在腐败治理中的积极作用，充分认识和借助这一新兴的工具和手段，把反腐防腐工作推向新的阶段。同时，还要时刻警惕网络在腐败治理中可能出现的消极影响。我们需要对网络反腐寄予理性的期待。
