摘要:寝室是大学生学习、休息和娱乐的重要场所，也是高校进行德育教育的前沿阵地。积极健康向上的寝室文化凝聚了大学浓厚的人文气息，折射出大学生思想、学习、生活等各方面的形态，因而对大学生养成良好的生活习惯、学习习惯、行为习惯等方面起着积极地导向作用；在培养学生“主人翁”意识和高尚的道德情操的同时，对提高学生综合素质也有一定的促进作用。通过以XX学院为例，从寝室文化的概念入手，对大学生寝室文化的内涵进行解读，阐述大学生寝室文化的育人功能，就目前XX学院寝室文化建设中存在的主要问题进行初步探讨，并在此基础上着力探析加强寝室文化建设的有效途径和方法。
