摘要:随着经济的快速发展，工业化脚步加快，我国的城乡一体化进程也不断向前推进，与此同时，大量农村土地被征用导致失地农民的数量急剧上升的现象，也逐渐受到社会各界的广泛关注。许多失地农民在失去赖以生存的土地后，思想、行为各方面都不同程度地出现问题、产生矛盾，这一系列的问题与矛盾阻碍了农村思想政治教育的开展、农民思想道德素质的提高，给失地农民顺利向城镇居民转变造成阻碍。因此，我们有必要分析存在问题的原因，并提出及时有效的对策，提高失地农民的思想政治水平，使失地农民改变观念，塑造搬迁社区良好的精神文明风貌，依靠自己，勤劳致富。

ABSTRACT:With the rapid development of economy, to speed up the footstep of industrialization, the integration of urban and rural areas continues to move forward. At the same time, a larger number of rural land has been commandeered which led to the rise of the number of the farmer. These phenomenons gradually receive more attention from social sectors. Many land-lost farmers lose the land which they subsist; there is some issue and contradiction in their thought and behavior appeared. This series of problems and contradictions hindered the development of the ideological and political education. It became a rejection for land-lost farmer smoothly change for urban. Therefore, we should analysis the reason of this problem and put forward some timely and effective measure which can improve the ideological and political education level of land-lost farmer. At the same time, it also can change the concepts of land-lost farmer’s concept, a favorable life style in the moving community. So that, they can depend on their hardworking to become rich.
