摘要：遏制权力腐败是现代社会，尤其是现代化进程过程中的必然要求，本文通过对权力腐败的解释、现今中国社会权力腐败现状的分析，以及对其产生原因的探讨，在此基础上提出一系列遏制权力腐败的措施。本文采用理论知识与案例分析相结合的方法，多角度、多层次分析了全力腐败的原因，通过政府与社会、政府与公民等方面的分析，提出了现阶段在现代化进程中我国遏制全力腐败的清廉之路。

Abstract: To restrain corruption is one of the most essential issues in the modern society, or to be more accurate, in the process of modernization. This paper consists of three major parts: First, the description of corruption and modernization; Second, what makes corruption in modernization happen? Third, how to restrain the happening of corruption. With the excellent works of many great scholars, in this paper, I propose that some solutions to the problem of political corruption in China can be found in the analytic approach of the relationship between government and society, government and citizen, and government and market.

当代中国存在着严重的腐败现象，这是不争的事实。当代中国决心大力开展反腐败斗争，这也是肯定的和不争的事实。因为中国已经充分认识到，腐败现象的存在乃是有关中国在二十一世纪的崛起、发展和繁荣的重要因素。当下腐败仍在滋生蔓延。一方面，权力仍然没有受到有效的约束，“制度面前人人平等”、“制度约束没有例外”还没有落到实处，在某些领域里，权力滥用的情况令人堪忧，贪官腐败案触目惊心；另一方面，干部作风和私生活无论是从现状而言，还是从监督管理上而言，都存在巨大弊端。这一切告诉我们，反腐败要做的工作还很多，工作任务还很繁重。
