摘要：纵观当今世界,所有经济发达国家,都是依靠大力发展职业教育发展起来的。这些国家的成功经验告诉我们:未来经济无论怎样发达,社会所需的人才， 多数是高素质的中等和高等职业技术人才。 然而，我国职业教育政策的发展却滞后于我国经济的发展，无法与瞬息万变的经济发展变化相适应，更无法应对当前错综复杂的国际经济形势。因此，根据当前国际国内的经济发展现状，探寻我国职业教育政策的发展趋势就显得尤为重要。本文根据我国职业教育政策现状——存在的问题——问题存在的原因—解决对策的逻辑顺序对我国职业教育政策进行全面分析，并提出具体的对策与建议，以期完善我国职业教育政策，做出一些有意义的探索。

Abstract:In today's world, all developed countries arerelyingon developing vocational education to develop. Successful experienceof these countries tells us: no matter how future economic development, one country needs talents, especially high-quality professional and technical talents.With our country’s economy globalization developing rapidly and scientific innovative technology’s step quickening,we need high class application—type-talents rapidly． However our country’s vocational education policy got behind our country’s economy and could not suited the variational economy even complicated intemational economy．So according to domestic and internationalpresented situation，searching for Our country’s vocational education policy become very important. The text first discusses the processes of vocational education in China and then it fully analyses the current policy of vocational education in order to find out the problems．Finally,itgives some good advices and suggestions．

我国职业教育的发展，是在职业教育政策的指导下进行的。建国以来，党和国家以及全社会的不懈努力，我国职业教育取得了重大进步。进入二十一世纪，我国即将步入老龄化社会，发展职业教育不仅是将人口压力转为人力资源优势的途径，更是完善市场导向就业机制的必然要求，大力发展职业教育不仅有利于缓解就业的结构性矛盾，对优化社会阶层结构也具有重要作用。因此，在我国大力发展职业教育的大背景下，对我国职业教育政策分析研究是非常有必要的。
本文通过对我国职业教育政策的内容、取得的成就、存在的问题、问题形成的原因以及问题解决的对策建议进行梳理分析。然而，要实现我国职业教育政策的科学化、民主化、法制化还需要党和国家凝聚社会各方智慧，坚持不懈、持之以恒的探索。
