摘要:网络媒体的普及，正在改变着人们的生活方式，包括政治生活方式，同时也逐渐承担起了舆论监督的职能。我们需要加强对网络媒体的理论研究，把握网络媒体的特点与功能，认真分析其在舆论监督中的积极影响，只有这样，网络舆论监督才能向着更积极、更健康的方向发展，才能更好的维护社会的稳定，推动社会的发展，实现政治的民主。

Abstract:The popularity of online media is not only changing the way people live, including political life, but also gradually assuming the functions of public opinion. We need to strengthen the theoretical study of network media, grasp its characteristics as well as functions, and analyze its positive impact at the same time. Only in this, the network can monitor public opinion to ward more positive and healthy direction, in order to better safeguard social stability, promote social development and achieve political democracy.

网络媒体的舆论监督是新时代的一种监督形式,有其好的一面，能促进社会有序、公平、良性的发展；当然也有不足的一面,作为一种新兴产物,人们对其了解度还远远不够，其监督机制也还并不完善，监督机制的作用还不能充分发挥，我们一时还难以克服网络媒体舆论监督的不足，所以我们亟待加强对网络媒体舆论监督的研究，这必将有利于我们民主制度的完善，有利于促进社会的发展，有利于和谐社会的建设。
本文通过对网络媒体的发展以及网络媒体特征的研究提出网络媒体对于社会民主政治发展的积极效果。同时为网络媒体的舆论监督提供合法合理的理论依据，为网络媒体在社会舆论大发展提供坚实的理论支撑。但由于国内网络媒体的发展还不完善，相关研究资料的不完备导致本文可能无法拥有充足的理论基础，在理论构架下存在一定的缺陷。
