摘要:随着互联网的快速发展和广泛应用，网络已成为舆论监督的重要媒介，在舆论监督中的作用日益明显。相对于其他监督方式，网络媒体舆论监督更能体现民意，形成巨大的舆论压力，促使相关部门站在群众的立场上，解决社会热点问题。但网络媒体也是一把双刃剑，如何引导网络媒体舆论监督良性发展，避免负面影响是亟待解决的问题。一方面，需要提高网民的自律意识；另一方面，需要加强政府的规范管理，使传统媒体监督和网络媒体舆论监督相得益彰。

Abstract:Recent years, with the development and application of the internet, internet increasingly becomes an important vehicle of supervisory, and the effect is larger and larger. People pass on the message and express the opinions of current affairs by BBS, blog, public opinion survey, and so on. Compared with traditional supervisory, supervisory-in-internet has its own characteristics, it can more express people’s voice and come into being powerful force of public opinion. So it impels government to solve the social problems from people’s polite. But every corn has two sides. Internet is also a rapier. It has advantage, at the same time, it also has disadvantage. How to avoid the negative affect and leads it to develop well. It needs the suitable guide from the government; what’s more, people’s self-discipline is also absolutely essential.

网络媒体舆论监督是科技发展带来的新兴事物，处在快速发展的阶段，对实现我国人民监督权，改善政府管理方法，减少贪污腐败，推动政治文明方面都有着巨大的推动作用。所以政府为了促进自身建设，更好的服务于公众，坚决不可以遏制其壮大，而是应该重视和积极引导网络媒体舆论监督的健康发展。不可否认，在将来的发展过程中一定还会出现新问题新情况，所以在改善现有状况的同时要加强对网络媒体舆论监督的研究和探讨。得以尽早发现尽早解决，让网络真正为政治民主发展服务，为实现和保护公共利益服务。
