摘要:网络媒体的舆论监督是指人民群众通过互联网这种网络媒体了解国家事务,广泛、充分地交流和发表意见、建议，对国家政治、经济、法律、文化、教育、行政等活动进行褒贬与评价。它的形成是依赖互联网的各种功能而实现的。相对于传统媒体，网络媒体具有一些明显的优势和特点，网络舆论监督的范围更广，效率更高，监督方式更灵活，信息交互更充分。网络舆论监督能使民意得到了真实、充分的表达，更重要的是网络舆论监督引起了大家的极大关注。然而，尽管网络舆论监督发挥了不小的作用，但是不可否认，它在某些方面仍然有缺陷，因此需要加强对网络舆论监督进行有效的规范和正确的引导，构建更加和谐的社会。

Abstract:The network media supervision of public opinion is something that people can use Internet to understand national affairs, exchange extensively and express views and recommendations fully, and make appraise and evaluation about the country's political, economic, legal, cultural, educational, administrative and other activities. Its formation is dependent on various features of the Internet achieved. Compared with traditional media, Internet media has some distinct advantages and characteristics. It is broader, more efficient, and more flexible and its information exchange is better. The network supervision of public opinion could enable the public opinion to obtain, the real and full expression. What’s more important, the network supervision of public opinion has aroused everybody's enormous interest. However, though the network supervision of public opinion has not played the minor role, but undeniably it still has the flaw in certain aspects. Therefore we need to strengthen the network supervision of public opinion to carry on effective standard and the correct guidance so that we can construct a more harmonious society.

网络媒体的舆论监督使公众有了自己的舆论舞台，在这个广阔的空间里，公众能够实现普遍和平等的监督权利，体现出具有群众性和社会性的舆论监督。公众不仅能够表达自己的意见和愿望，还可以通过这种方式形成公众意见，真正实现对社会上有悖于法律法规和道德规范的行为实行监督和制约。
现今网络已逐渐深入人们的生活，其舆论监督力量也逐渐张显。互联网以其海量、快捷、互动的先进特性为网络媒介开展舆论传播提供了一个前所未有的强大技术平台，拓展了一个传统媒介无法比拟的全新技术空间；网络的广泛传播为多元文化和多元思想的生存提供了空间，为每个网络用户提供了更多制造舆论的可能。要充分发挥网络的舆论监督优势，还需要多方力量的相互配合。
