【摘要】:通过调查分析当代师生代沟的具体表现,发现当代师生在思想观念、价值理念、思维方式和行为方式方面存在差异,这些差异的形成有社会背景方面、师生成长环境方面、师生个体差异方面以及教师的影响方面的原因。弥合师生代沟需要从以下几个方面入手:师生要相互理解和尊重,加强沟通,相互学习和改进;学校要加强对学生的心理健康教育和对教师的培训;家长要起到调和的作用;社会要弘扬主旋律。

【Abstract】:Through studying,analyze the gap between teachers and students; I find out that teachers and students hold distinct views and values, ways of thinking and ways of act. All those differences are caused by different social background, growth environment and individual difference of teachers and students, and the influence on students left by teachers.Bridging the gap between teachers and students should be implemented the following approaches: in the first place, understanding and respecting each other, strengthen communication between each other, and improving and studying from each other; in the second place, the schools should reinforce the psychological education of students and the training of teachers;in the third place, the parents should balance the relationship between teachers and children; and in the fourth place, the society carry forward the main melody.

师生代沟现象自古有之,但是在传统社会,由于社会发展缓慢,师生间的成长环境差异不大,信息闭塞,而且师生间倡导的是一种服从与被服从的关系,教师是权威,学生服从于教师,因此师生间的代沟现象不显著而且具有内隐性。然而在当今时代,社会发展和变迁的速度加快,科学技术在不断进步,知识与信息日新月异,网络的普及加剧了师生代沟的发展,加之现代社会强调个人意识、个人价值,学生更加强调自我,不再绝对服从教师,师生间的代沟现象日益突出且外显性增强。对师生代沟,有关专家学者是这样定义的:“由于年龄、角色、地位、立场、成长背景和生活经历等方面的不同,教师与学生之间在思想观念、价值取向、思维方式、行为方式等方面出现差异和分歧的一种社会现象。”
本项研究的目标是:进一步了解当代师生代沟的表现及成因,帮助师生弥合师生的代沟,建立和谐的师生关系,使学生的个性得到充分的发展、人格得到尊重、形成正确的价值观念,在自由又不失引导的氛围中健康成长,快乐地学习与生活。在这一目的下,为了使本项研究更具有实证性与说服力,我以家乡的一所乡镇初中为对象,进行了班级整体抽样调查和个别访谈。
