【摘要】:班级管理既是一门科学,又是一门艺术,著名教育家苏霍姆林斯基说:“只有能够激发学生去进行自我教育,才是真正的教育。”教育要通过自我教育而起作用,两者相辅相成,最后达到少教、不教的目的。学生是自我教育、自我管理的主体,教师要注意开展有关学生的自治、自力活动,让学生以主人的身份参与各种教育教学活动。而在学生自治还仅仅是少数的今天,一个适当的班级管理的基本模式的形成就显得尤为重要,它可以将学生自治有效推广开来,使班级能快速有效进行自治活动,锻炼学生的创新能力,从而真正成为班级的主人,在参与中实现自我教育、自我管理、自主发展。

【Abstract】: The management of classes and grades in school is not only a kind of science, but also an art; a famous educator Sukhomlinski said that a true education is encouraging students to educate themselves. Education takes effect by means of self-education; they help each other to the aim of less teaching and no teaching. Students are the main part of self-education and self-management, teachers should pay attention to carry out the students' autonomy, self-reliance activities, students participate in various educational activities in the identity of the owner. In student government, only a few today, the formation of an appropriate class management mode is particularly important, it can effectively promote student autonomy open, so that classes can quickly and efficiently self-government activities, exercise creativity in our students, thus truly become the master of class, participating in self-education self-management, self-development.
