摘 要:大学生志愿服务工作是以青年大学生为主体开展的志愿性社会服务工作,它不仅可以使大学生志愿者在奉献爱心、服务社会中实现自身的价值追求,而且对于社会主义核心价值体系以及社会主义和谐社会的建设都具有非常重要而深远的意义。
本文采用个案研究法，以重庆市某高校社团为研究对象，详细介绍了该团体的发展状况，并以动态、完整的视角深入解读其品牌活动——《与爱共成长》关爱贫困儿童项目活动，以此为基础，探测其成功的原因和存在的问题，并从社会工作的角度出发为解决其问题提供新的思路和方向。为更多大学生志愿服务团体的发展提供借鉴，促进我国大学生志愿服务活动的欣欣向荣和丰富大学生的志愿服务体系。

ABSTRACT:College students volunteer service is the young college students as the main body to carry out voluntary social service work, it can not only make the students in love, dedication service society realize own value pursuit, but also for the socialist core value system and the construction of socialist harmonious society has very important and far-reaching significance.
Based on the case study method, a community in colleges and universities in chongqing as the research object, and introduced the developing situation of the group, in a dynamic and complete and to further interpret the brand activity - the poor children grow up with love care project activities, and on this basis, probe the reasons for the success of its and the existing problems, and from the perspective of social work provides a new train of thought to solve its problems and the direction. To provide reference for the development of more and more college students volunteer service group, to promote our country university students volunteer service activities of thriving and enrich college students volunteer service system.
