摘要：随着我国改革开放的不断深入，社会经济的迅猛发展，媒体作为一种社会力量在政府政策问题构建过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用，对政策的构建、执行和监督起到了无法替代的作用。然而，媒体在影响政策问题构建的过程中也具有一定的局限性，本文针对媒体存在的局限性提出了相应的对策，以确保媒体能够正确发挥其在政策构建过程中的重要作用。

Abstract:Along with the deepening of China's reform and opening up, the rapid development of social economy, Media as a social force plays a more and more important role in the construction process of government problems, and plays an irreplaceable role in the construction, implementation and supervision of policy. However, media has some limitations during the construction of government problems, aiming at the limitations of media and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures, in order to ensure that the media can play its proper policy in the construction of government problems.
