摘要：周恩来作为党的第一代领导集体的重要成员，从革命战争时期就开始从事党的思想政治教育工作，为党的革命与建设做出了重要贡献。在这一过程中，周恩来逐渐形成了科学的思想政治教育方法，体现了他对人的思想活动规律的高度认识，同时也渗透了他的伟大人格魅力。在此，研究周恩来的思想政治教育方法及其时代意义，对新时期党的建设与党的思想工作的开展具有一定的借鉴价值。

Abstract:As an important member of the first generation of collective leadership of the communist party of China,from revolutionary war,Zhou Enlai has begun to work in the party's ideological and political education,and made important contribution to the revolution and construction.In this process,Zhou Enlai gradually formed a scientific ideological and political education methods,reflecting his high understanding of the law of people's thinking activity and penetrating his great personality charm.In the new period,studying Zhou Enlai's ideological and political education method and its significance have certain reference value to the party's construction and the ideological work.
