摘要：政治参与是实现公民政治权利的主要途径。当前中国公民的政治参与取得了前所未有的进步，但仍存在着一定的缺陷和不足。本文围绕我国公民政治参与的实际情况，针对公民在政治参与中存在的问题及其制约因素进行深入分析，以切实了解公民在政治参与中存在的问题，并提出了从促进经济发展、构建参与型政治文化、健全公民参与制度体系、拓宽公民参与渠道、提高公民自身素质等途径来改善当代中国政治参与的状况。

Abstract：Political participation is the main way to realize the civil and political rights. The current China citizen's political participation has been hitherto unknown progress, but there still exist shortcomings and some. Based on the actual situation of our country citizen's political participation, carries on the thorough analysis in view of the existing problems in the political participation of citizens and its restricting factors, in order to understand the existence in the political participation of citizens, and proposed from promoting economic development, building participating political culture, citizen participation system, broaden the channels of citizen participation ways to improve the quality of its own citizens, to improve the situation of contemporary China political participation.

政治参与是指公民通过一定的方式试图影响政府决策或政治过程的行为。公民的政治参与水平可以直接反映一国的政治民主化水平。在我国当代，随着经济体制改革的不断推进，民主政治的不断发展，公民政治参与水平已有了显著的进步，但由于经济、政治、文化等多种因素的影响，政治参与的总体水平仍比较低。因此能够及时发现我国公民政治参与中存在的问题和不足，并提出相应的解决对策，对于进一步推动中国特色社会主义民主政治建设，更好地实现人民当家作主的权利都具有重要的现实意义。
