摘要：大学生创业已成为目前高校研究的趋势, 但研究方向主要集中在大学生的教育与实务操作方面。当前关于大学生创业模式的研究较少。创业模式是影响创业成功的重要因素,为此文章结合现有的经济形势和社会背景,对目前存在的积累演进模式、加盟连锁模式、分化拓展模式、技术风险模式、模拟孵化模式进行了分析,并提出了建议与对策。

Abstract: Entrepreneurship of the undergraduate has become a hot topic in the research of universities, but the research pay more attention to the aspect of education and practical operation.The present research on the mode of entreneurship is less.The selection of entrepreneurial mode is an important factor affecting business success.Considering the current economic situation and social background,we analyse the accumulation of evolution mode,franchise model,the existing development mode,technology risk differentiation pattern and incubation mode.At the same time,some suggestion are put forward.

大学生的创业活动，需要政府和社会的密切合作，需要学校和大学生的共同努力。既需要创业的理论教育, 也需要实践的指导。选择适合自己的创业模式是大学生创业成功的关键。不管是积累演进模式、加盟连锁模式还是分化拓展模式，甚至是技术风险模式或者模拟孵化模式，这些选择都得是当代大学生综合自身各方面的资源特色和当下社会发展潮流的结果。大学生只有根据自己的特点找准关键点，才能在自己的成长道路上越走越稳。
