摘要：淮安作为一座历史文化名城，蕴含着丰富的红色资源。我们通过实地走访、调查问卷的形式对淮安高校红色资源利用情况进行调查，通过反映实际运用中的问题以及创新手段等方式促使淮安高校对自己日常德育中的相关工作进行反思，创新利用当地红色资源的模式，为淮安高校进一步利用好当地红色资源并对大学生进行教育提供相关支撑。

Abstract:Huaian as a famous historical and cultural city, contains the rich red resources. We through field visits, questionnaires, and using the Internet, the library of huaian red resources for tools such as comb, and investigating the huaian college red resources utilization, through reflecting the problems in practical application and innovation way to huaian for related work in its daily moral education of colleges and universities for reflection and innovation model using local red resources, for huaian college further make good use of the local red resources and provide relevant support for education of college students

淮安红色资源十分丰富，是一座有着周恩来纪念馆、周恩来故居、苏皖边区政府旧址纪念馆、新四军刘老庄连纪念园、盱眙黄花塘新四军军部纪念馆、新安旅行团革命历史陈列馆等约129处革命遗址的革命老区。红色资源是高校开展教育活动的一个十分重要的资源。它将革命精神化抽象为具体，不仅有利于高校爱国精神的教育还有利于加强高校学生对革命精神的学习与思考。而今，淮安各高校逐渐重视红色资源对教育的重要意义并采用不同的手段利用红色资源，但收效甚微。因此，反映淮安高校利用当地红色资源中存在的问题，提出创新性的利用模式具有重要意义。
