摘要：随着经济的发展和政治体制的改革，我国城市基层社区组织也产生了重要的影响，构建社会主义和谐社会是从中国国情的总体布局和小康社会建设的全局出发提出的重要战略任务。然而，社区作为社会的细胞和重要的组成部分，在政府公共管理和发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色，建设和谐社区也就成了建设和谐社会的基础，在和谐社区构建的过程中，社区党组织作为领导角色发挥着不可替代的核心作用，因此，我们要以构建和谐社区为导向，以社区党组织的作用为研究对象，通过调查分析党组织作用的现状，提出一些建议使得党组织更好，更全面的发挥其核心作用。
