摘要：在改革开放的大背景下，中小学音乐教育获得了难得的良好发展机遇，并取得了有目共睹的成绩，但与此同时也面临着诸多亟待解决的问题。比如国内中小学音乐教学重教师的讲授、轻学生的参与体验；重知识技能的教学、轻音乐实践活动的开展；教学模式单一、教学效果不好等。达尔克罗兹体系、柯达伊体系、奥尔夫体系等外国音教法重于培养，造就人，发掘人的创造精神和艺术潜能，能够让学生提高对音乐的感受力、反应能力和自控能力。其合理的教育原理和实践方式，值得国内音乐教育的借鉴，教育者们应结合自身的学生特点，形成适合国内教师教授、学生又乐于接受的音教方法，为学习艺术专业打下良好基础，更重要的是能挖掘和发展孩子们的各种潜能素质，培养造就适合当今世界需求的人。

在构建社会主义和谐社会的伟大进程中，中小学音乐教育要义不容辞地担当起历史的重任，满足社会发展和学生个体全面发展的需要。将国外音乐教育法中有益的部分与国情相结合，与国内教育特点相结合，与学生的学习需求相结合，逐渐形成一套行之有效的音乐教学方法。当然，随着教育事业的发展，音乐教育也需要得到全社会更大的支持与教育部门更多的投入，教育行政部门应当为此提高对音乐教育的认识，充分发挥音乐教育的特殊功能，积极探索在音乐教育中实施素质教育的方法，为培养21世纪人才做出不懈的努力。
