摘要：从钢琴演奏者蜕变成钢琴教学者，需要很多方面的历练。其要点有两点，一是钢琴演奏的技术水平、能力和钢琴知识。二是内在的音乐修养，对音乐相关的哲学思维，音乐的内在情感，音乐所传递的人文素养，与艺术相关的相关素养。一定的教育理念和教学手段。总之，要在音乐思想，艺术修养，人文气质，教学等方面都要达到一定的水准，才能从钢琴演奏者蜕变为一个优秀的钢琴教学者。
