摘要:肢体的训练、节奏的把握、情感的表达是训练蒙古族民间舞蹈的三要素。其中步伐动律训练是学习蒙古族民间舞的基础,无论是对于动作的结构,还是对于舞蹈的组合都是非常重要的。蒙古族民间舞蹈中步伐动律的训练,是找到了掌握蒙古族舞蹈的风格特点的方法,以及了解到步伐动律是蒙古族民间舞蹈教学中最基本的条件。如何去训练步伐动律,首先是要了解蒙古族民间舞蹈基本步伐,掌握其步伐动律,然后在此的基础上运用到舞蹈当中。通过训练蒙古族民间舞蹈中的步伐动律,可以去培养下肢的控制力、灵活性、协调性、节奏感。所以蒙古族民间舞蹈中的步伐动律训练,对于蒙古族民间舞本身动作有着促进的作用。

ABSTRACT:Physical training, rhythm, the expression of emotion is to train the three elements of Mongolian folk dancing.
