摘要:如何很好的节约和利用能源,特别是可持续性能源,是人类所面临的重要问题。太阳能热水器以其廉价、节能的特点,受到广大消费者的青睐,与之配套的控制器设计问题一直受到人们的关注。

   本文提出了一种新型的太阳能热水器控制系统设计方案。本设计采用MCS-51系列单片机AT89C52作为中央处理器,结合外围电路单元,采用液位传感器、温度传感器(PT100)、辅助加热电路、DS1302实时时钟、1602液晶显示屏、按键等模块,完成时间、温度、水位的显示及设定功能。

   控制系统可以根据天气情况利用辅助加热装置(电加热器)使蓄水箱内的水温达到预先设定的温度,从而达到24小时供应热水的目的。本文主要介绍了单片机太阳能热水器测控仪的硬件、软件的设计和调试方法等内容。

Abstract:To economize and utilize energy resource, especially the lasting energy resource, is a problem that humankind has faced. The Solar Energy Heater is becoming more and more popular for its characteristic of low price and low energy consumption. And the controller is   studying and developing.

   A new solar water heater control system design. This design incorporates MCS-51 MCU AT89C52 as central processors, combined with the peripheral circuit unit , the use of liquid level sensor , temperature sensor ( PT100 ) , the auxiliary heating circuit , DS1302 real time clock , 1602 LCD screen , buttons and other modules , Completion of time, temperature, water level display and setting function. 

   According to weather conditions, control system using an auxiliary heating device (electric heater), so that the water temperature of the water storage tank reaches the preset temperature, achieving the purpose of the 24 - hour supply of hot water .This article mainly introduced the monolithic integrated circuit solar-powered water heater observes and controls meter's contents and so on hardware, software's design and debug method.
