摘要:随着科学技术的发展,我们对自动化的要求越来越高,对健康的要求也越来越高。自动洗碗机出现既能满足当前高度自动化的需要,又能减轻劳动强度。而且自动洗碗机无论是耗水量、耗电量、洗涤剂的使用量都远远低于人手洗,所以它能最大程度的满足现代人对健康、环保、高效的要求。设计描述了自动洗碗机从进水、洗涤、排水、清洗、烘干、消毒、报警到自动停机的循环过程。而且该自动洗碗机运用了可编程控制器,具有功能强,编程简单,使用方便,体积小等特点。

Abstract:With the development of science and technology, the demand of automation and haalth is more and more high. Automation dishwasher’s appear not only can meet the needs of highly automated currently, and can reduce the intensity of labor. And automatic dishwasher is much lower than hand-wash in consemption of water, electricity and detergent, which can fulfil the requirements of health, environmental protection and high efficiency in the maximum. The desigm describe the automatic dishwasher’s cycle progress from watering, washing,drainaging, cleaning, drying,disinfecting, alarning and turning down. And the automatic dishwasher use the programmable controller and have the charateristics like strong function, simply programming, easy to use and small size.

该系统由可编程控制器、变频器、触摸屏等控制元件组成,可编程控制器完成整个系统逻辑控制、各运行相关参数传送与读写、设备运行状态显示功能。变频器与可编程控制器利用自由口通讯协议通讯完成设备的启/停、简易PLC程序的执行及其它相关运行参数的传送。PLC与触摸屏通讯实现人机对话,完成相关参数设置、启停操作与状态显示。
自动洗碗机利用可编程控制器、变频器与人机界面等自动化产品的有机结合来实现对工业洗涤设备的自动控制,其主要控制思路是对洗涤设备的进水/出水、洗涤时间、可编程控制器通讯功能的应用、变频器简易PLC功能的应用进行有机的组合与设计。
