摘要:本课题所设计的自动剪切生产线是将金属卷料加工成一定尺寸的板料。为使该生产线能够协调运行,本文设计了其控制系统。本系统以可编程控制器(PLC)为核心,在系统中还包括三速电机,伺服驱动器、伺服电机等设备。本系统能实现送料长度在触摸屏上设置,PLC根据设定的送料长度,算出每送一块所要发送的脉冲数后,向伺服驱动器发送脉冲。控制伺服电机送料,从而实现精确的伺服定位。整个生产线由开卷机、送料机和剪切机三部分组成。开卷机由三速电机驱动,可实现对卷料的自动开卷;送料机由伺服电机驱动,可实现精确的定长送料,剪切机实现对送入的板料进行剪切。

   本课题主要是对该自动剪切生产线的控制部分进行了设计,其内容包括PLC与三速电机的程序设计,PLC与伺服驱动器的程序设计,触摸屏画面的设计等。在设计完成后,将PLC程序与触摸屏画面在GX Simulator和GT Simulator中进行仿真调试,实现送料长度、加工工件个数在触摸屏上设置,PLC根据设置值计算出相应的脉冲后向伺服驱动器发送,控制伺服电机送料,从而实现卷料自动剪切功能。

Abstract:This topic designs the automatic cutting production line is processes the metal volume material certain size the sheet. In order to enable this production line to coordinate moves, this article has designed its control system. This system take the programmable controller (PLC) as a core, also includes three fast electrical machinery in the system, equipment and so on servo driver, servo electrical machinery. This system can realize the feeding length to establish on the touchscreen, the PLC basis hypothesis's feeding length, after figuring out the pulse number which delivers every time must transmit together, to servo driver transmission pulse. Control servo motor feeding, thus realizes the precise servo positioning. The entire production line by the unwinding coiler, the feeding machine and the alligator shears three parts is composed. The unwinding coiler by three fast motor-drivens, may realize to volume material automatic opening a book; The feeding machine by the servo motor-driven, may realize the precise fixed-length feeding, the alligator shears realizes the sheet which sends gifts to each other into to carry on cutting.

   This topic was mainly to this cuts production line's control section to carry on the design automatically, its content including PLC and three fast electrical machinery's programming, PLC and servo driver's programming, touchscreen picture design and so on. After the design completes, carries on the simulation debugging the PLC procedure and the touchscreen picture in GX Simulator and in GT Simulator, realizes the feeding length, the processing work piece integer to establish on the touchscreen.
