摘要:针对注塑机的发展前景,工作原理,结构组成 ,注塑成型过程。设计出以PLC为控制核心的控制系统,给出了此控制系统软硬件设计,最终实现了注塑机注塑全过程的自动控制。塑料产品无处不在,大到航天飞机,小到日常用品,举目可见。这些塑料制品都是用注塑机加工出来的。可编程序控制器PLC是微机技术与传统的继电接触控制技术相结合的产物,它的控制系统可靠性高,抗干扰能力强、功耗低、通用性和灵活性高,可编程控制器以体积小功能强大所著称,它不但可以很容易地完成顺序逻辑、运动控制、定时控制、计数控制、数字运算、数据处理等功能,而且可以通过输入输出接口建立与各类生产机械数字量和模拟量的联系。

Abstract:In view of the development prospects of injection molding machine, the working principle, structure, injection molding process. Designed by PLC as the control core of the control system, the control system hardware and software design of injection molding machine, finally realizes the automatic control of the whole process. Plastic products everywhere, to the space shuttle, small daily necessities, and visible. These plastics are processed by injection molding machine. Programmable controller PLC is the computer technology and traditional relay contact control technology combined with the product, its control system has high reliability, strong anti-jamming ability, low power consumption, high versatility and flexibility, the programmable controller to small powerful are known, it not only can easily complete the sequential logic, movement control, timing control, counting control, digital computation, data processing and other functions, but also through the input and output interface is established and various types of production machinery digital quantity and analog quantity relation.
