摘要:门是伴随着人们的文明而诞生的,随着科学的发展,门的种类越来越多,技术也越来越复杂。自动门从理论上理解应该是门的使用观念的延伸,是人们根据需要对门的功能的提升和完善。所以对自动门的认识应该从人对门功能的要求开始。作为建筑物一部分的门,从最基本的意义上讲,要同时满足隔离外部环境和不妨碍人的通行这两种要求。

   自动门控制系统的设计中,系统的安全性和稳定性是很重要的。过去的自动门系统大多采用继电器逻辑控制方式,这种控制方式故障率高、可靠性低、维护不便。基于此,本设计选用可靠性高、性能稳定、维护方便的PLC设计自动门控制系统,在设计中对PLC进行选型、设计了PLC外部硬件电路和满足本控制系统的梯形图程序。最后通过模拟调试,结果表明硬件与软件设计均能够满足自动门控制系统的要求。 

   当自动感应门门扇要完成一次开门与关门, 感应探测器探测到有人进入时,将脉冲信号传给主控器,主控器判断后通知马达运行,同时监控门的运行位置,以便通知马达在一定时候加速和进入慢行运行。马达得到一定运行电流后做正向运行,将动力传给同步带,再由同步带将动力传给吊具系统使自动感应门扇开启;自动感应门扇开启后由控制器作出判断,如需关自动感应门,通知马达作反向运动,关闭自动感应门。

Abstract:The door is accompanied by the people and the birth of civilization, with the development of science, more and more kinds of door, technology is also more and more complicated. The automatic door is the door should understand theoretically the use of extension of the concept, it is people according to the need of the opposite the ascension of the function and perfect. So for the understanding of the automatic doors should be from the opposite the requirements of people began to function. As part of the building of the door, from the most basic sense, at the same time satisfy the isolation external environment and does not interfere with people of go through the these two requirements. 

  Automatic control system design, system security and stability is very important. The past automatic door system is used mostly relay logic control way, that this kind of control mode high failure, reliability, low maintenance inconvenience. Based on this, this design choose high reliability, stable performance and maintenance convenient PLC automatic control system design, the design of PLC for the type selection, design the PLC external hardware circuit and meet the control system ladder diagram program. Through the simulation test, the result shows that the hardware and software design are able to meet the requirements of the automatic control system. 

  When automatic induction door its doors to complete a open and close the door, induction detector detect someone in, will the pulse signal to the main controller, the main controller after judge notice motor operating, and monitor the operation of the gate location, in a certain time to notice the motor speed up and into the slow running. Get a motor running do after the current positive run, drive to synchronous belt, again by synchronous belt drive to sling system make automatic induction its doors open; Automatic induction doors open by a controller to judge, if need to shut automatic induction door, notice the motor do reverse movement, off the automatic induction door.
