摘要:能源,环境是人类赖以生存和发展的必要,在我们的日常生活中能源有石油,天然气,煤。可是石油、天然气、煤都是不可再生能源,而且还造成了严重的大气污染。因此,对于可再生能源的开发和利用受到我们全国各地的高度重视。从全球范围来看,风力发电已经迅速发展成为一项成熟的技术。变桨控制系统是现如今大型风力发电机的关键技术之一。
本设计方案针对风力发电变桨控制系统进行研究。主要采用FX2N系列PLC程序对变桨系统进行编程和控制。变桨系统是采用发电机转速来控制变桨驱动电机使叶片桨距角发生改变,从而获得发电机所需的转速,使发电机输出稳定功率。对于变桨距风力发电机来说,它具有较高的风能利用率、较稳定的输出功率、安全可靠和自动化优点。

ABSTRACT:The problems of energy and environment must be solved in human survival and development, the energy we used in our daily life is given mostly with coal, oil and natural gas. But they are non-renewable energy, and caused a serious of air pollutions. We pay high attention to the development and utilization of renewable energy for its great importance to all over the country. Globally, wind power has become a mature technology. Variable propeller control is one of the key technologies of today's large wind turbines.
This design scheme does research into wind power control system. Programmed and controlled mainly by the FX2N series PLC to control system. The pitch system is the speed of the generator to control the pitch drive motor is the blade pitch angle is changed, so as to obtain the required by the generator speed, stable output power of the generator. It has the advantages of higher utilization rate for wind power, more stable output power, safe and reliable, and automated for variable pitch wind turbine.
