摘要:MCGS远程温室视频监控系统设计主要由视频图像采集终端和系统管理终端组成,视频图像采集终端和系统管理终端通过Internet和GPRS网络联系起来,并实现通信。主要介绍视频图像采集终端和系统管理终端的软硬件设计。主要应用到的硬件有高清日夜型定焦半球摄像机SC-TD1063、视频压缩板卡、GPRS模块、PC机,并对GPRS技术已及GPRS模块的原理和如何应用做了介绍,本文采用的GPRS模块为USR-GPRS232-700,解决了GPRS与电脑通信的问题;应用到的软件有MCGS组态软件,论述了MCGS的特点、系统组成以及MCGS组态软件功能工程组成,最终把图像显示在MCGS中,达到远程监控的目的。

   最后通过实验结果显示,达到了本课题预定的目的,实现了MCGS远程温室影像监控系统的设计。

Abstract:Design of greenhouse remote video monitoring system of MCGS mainly consists of video image acquisition terminal and system management terminal, video image collection terminal and system management terminal connected through Internet and GPRS network, and realizes communication. The hardware and software design introduced video image collection terminal and system management terminal. Mainly applied to the hardware with HD and fixed-focus camera SC-TD1063, video compression board, GPRS module, PC machine, and the principle of GPRS technology and GPRS module and how to use the GPRS module is introduced, this paper adopts USR-GPRS232-700, solves the communication of GPRS and brain electrical problems; applied to software the MCGS configuration software, discusses the characteristics of MCGS, the system structure and function of MCGS configuration software engineering, the image display in MCGS, to achieve the purpose of remote monitoring.

   Finally, the experimental results show, reaches the predetermined objective, to achieve the design of greenhouse remote video monitoring system of MCGS.
