摘要:电动机在日常生产生活中应用越来越广泛,而且工作时间长,长时间工作从而很容易引起故障。本文就电动机的常见的过压,欠压,过热等故障做出诊断并设计了系统保护设计部分对故障实施故障诊断跟保护。首先建立物理模型,根据建立的过热保护物理模型和基于8051单片机的微机保护系统采集电压,电流,温度等数据进行分析判断,从而实行电动机的故障诊断和电气保护功能。此外8051单片机的微机保护系统具有键盘输入及数据显示等优点,能够完成本设计方案,最后通过实验验证了本设计方案的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:Motor used in daily life more and more extensive, and working hours are long, long time work and very easily lead to failure. In this paper, common motor overvoltage, overheating fault diagnosis and design some system protection design and implementation of fault diagnosis and protection on fault. Firstly, the physical model, physical model is established according to the overheating protection and protection system for colleting the voltage, current and temperature based on 8051 single chip computer, data analysis and judgment, so as to carry out the fault diagnosis and protection functions of the electric motor. In addition,8051 single-chip microcomputer protection system has the advantages of keyboard input and display data, can complete the design scheme, the feasibility and validity of this design is verified by experiment.
