摘要:本文是一种直流电机调速控制系统的设计,该设计以51单片机为主控芯片,控制由数值比较器和计数器构成的外部PWM信号发生器,利用基于功率场效应管设计出的驱动电路来驱动大功率直流电动机,然后对光码盘测得的脉冲数进行运算,再进行PID算法调节大功率直流电机的转速,构成一个闭环系统。该系统性能优异,结构简单,适用范围广泛,有很好的应用前景。

Abstract:This article is a kind of dc motor speed control system design, the design with 51 single-chip microcomputer as main control chip, control composed of numerical comparator and counter external PWM signal generator, based on the power field effect tube design of drive circuit to drive high power dc motor, and operations of the pulse number of the optical encoder are measured, then the PID algorithm is used to adjust the rotation speed of dc motor, constitute a closed-loop system. The system performance, the structure is simple, broad scope, has a good application prospect.
