摘要:早期时候,运料小车电气控制系统大多数都是继电器—接触器构成的相对比较复杂的系统,这样的系统存在着很多缺陷,例如设计周期长、成本高、体积大等等,没有数据处理和通信功能,必须要有专业人员来负责操作。为了实现运料小车的自动化控制,将PLC应用到运料小车电气控制系统。PLC运料小车电气控制系统具有很多优点,例如:控制速度快,便于安装、维修和改造可靠性和可维护性好等等。随着经济和科技的发展,运料小车的应用不断扩大至各个领域,从手动到自动,逐渐形成了自动化、机械化。

   本论文的主要内容是:分析被控对象、明确控制要求;PLC选取型号;控制程序设计;控制流程设计。本论文基于PLC对自动送料装车系统的控制,提出了用组态仿真的方法实现对自动送料装车系统的监控。首先,用PLC编程实现送料系统的基本功能。其次,画出组态仿真画面,定义组态变量,对组态中的一些基本量如(皮带上物料的流动)进行仿真。然后,把PLC程序和组态结合,通过数据连接,实现通信。最后,运行PLC程序及组态仿真程序,实现组态对整个系统实时监控。在实现组态控制时,本文详细的介绍了MCGS软件的编程及通信,使读者很容易的了解MCGS软件运行仿真过程。

Abstract:The early time, material transport trolley electric control system is the most system is relatively complicated relay - contactor, this system has many defects, such as long design cycle, high cost, big volume and so on, without the function of data processing and communication, must have professional personnel to be responsible for the operation. In order to achieve automatic control of material transport trolley, the application of PLC to the electric control system. PLC material transport car electric control system has many advantages, such as: high speed, easy to install, repair and reconstruction of reliability and maintainability etc.. With the development of economy and technology, the application of material transport trolley expanded to various fields, from manual to automatic, and gradually formed the automation, mechanization.

   The main content of this paper is: analysis of the controlled object, the explicit control requirements; PLC selection model; control program; control flow design. In this paper, PLC control of automatic feed loading system based on the proposed implementation, monitoring of the automatic feed loading system with the method of configuration simulation. First, the realization of the basic functions of the feeding system with PLC programming. Secondly, draw the configuration simulation screen, define the configuration variables, the configuration of some basic variables such as (belt material flow) simulation. Then, the PLC procedure and the configuration combined, via the data connection, to achieve communication. Finally, moves the PLC procedure and the configuration simulation program, realizes the configuration of real-time monitoring of the whole system. In the implementation of configuration control, this paper introduces the programming and communication software MCGS, so that readers can easily understand the MCGS software simulation of operation process.
